How To Play Poker - 7 Card Stud
Poker Hand Rankings
Hands Ranked from Highest to Lowest
Royal Flush - Top five cards, all of the same suit. This is the top ranked hand in Poker.
Example: Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10, all the same suit.
Straight Flush - Five cards of the same suit, in consecutive order.
Example: 8, 9, 10, Jack, Queen, all the same suit.
4 of a kind- 4 cards of the same rank
Example: 7, 7, 7, 7 or 10, 10, 10, 10
Full House - Three cards of the same rank and two cards of the same rank.
Example: 3, 3, 3, 5, 5, known as 3’s full of 5’s
Flush - Five cards of the same suit, no matter what rank.
Example: 2, 4, 5, 9, Jack, of Spades
Straight - Five cards in consecutive rank, no matter what suit.
Example: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, not all the same suit
3 of a kind - Three cards all of the same rank, no matter what suit.
Example: 7, 7, 7, 2, 10, no matter of suit
2 pair - Two cards of the same rank, along with two
